Quality assurance
The responsibility of Supply Chain Limited's quality assurance team is to ensure that customers' quality expectations are met by the appropriate selection of manufacturing partners and to implement an appropriate quality assurance management programme.
Quality control is absolutely essential as our Company would like to ensure the clients are receiving the best possible product. Our experienced staff is very familiar with industry inspections and therefore can guarantee the quality of the product delivered to the client is high. Clients trust our expertise and are confident we will represent them well in ensuring a final product of premium standards.
Pre-production review and inspection of raw materials – Before commencement of mass production of a particular product by the relevant vendors, Supply Chain Limited will conduct a pre-production review of the sample product according to the customers' specifications. Only materials approved by Supply Chain Limited are accepted for use in production. All other raw materials will be inspected by Supply Chain Limited's quality assurance inspectors in accordance with our quality acceptance criteria and/or customers' specifications.
Inline Audit – Physical inspections are conducted at various stages during the production process to monitor compliance with product specifications depending on the nature of the products or the requirements specified by customers.
Final Audit – Before shipment, all finished products are inspected and tested in accordance with Lammas Sourcing's inspection criteria for checking that they pass the quality requirements as stipulated by customers. |
